Our own recipe pork sausage meat wrapped in puff pastry! The ultimate grab and go treat! Can be eaten cold or reheated. Reheating in the oven ensures that the pastry stays deliciously crisp!

Ingredients: Pork (83%), Water, Rusk [Prepared From: Wheat Flour ((Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agent (E503), Salt], Seasoning, Salt, Fortified Wheat Flour ( Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Dextrose, Salt, Preservative E221(Contains Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites), Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg), Emulsifier E451, Flavour Enhancer E621, Spice Extracts, Antioxidant E301, Wheat Flour (With Added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin And Thiamin; Wheat Gluten), Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifier: E471), Water.

Ensure cooked to min 82 degrees

Remove outer packaging but leave pie in foil container & place on a baking tray and vover top of pie with tinfoil.

For best results heat from chilled.

Oven cook: from chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 25-30 mins.

Oven cook: from frozen: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 45-50 mins.

Cooking Precautions

Ensure that products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot, must be cooked to min 82 degrees.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking, for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted cook and consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.
