Win Your Christmas Order Back 2026 – INSTORE Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
COOPER CRAFT BUTCHERS
WIN YOUR CHRISTMAS ORDER BACK
In-Store Christmas & New Year Prize Draw 2026 — Terms and Conditions
Applies to orders placed in person at the Motherwell and Bellshill shops. This is separate from the online Christmas & New Year prize draw.
1. Promoter
The promoter is COOPER’S BUTCHER HOLDINGS LIMITED (company number SC706921). Competition correspondence address: Cooper Craft Butchers, 20A Meadow Road, Motherwell, ML1 1QB. The promoter funds the prize. The promotion is administered across the participating Motherwell and Bellshill shops, which operate through separate group companies.
2. Entry period
Entries open on Saturday 31 October 2026 and close at 4:00 pm on Saturday 14 November 2026 at both participating shops. The closing date applies to this prize draw only; festive orders may still be accepted afterwards, subject to availability.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in Great Britain. Employees of the promoter and participating shop companies, and their immediate families, cannot enter. One entry per customer across both shops, irrespective of how many qualifying orders they place.
4. How to enter
Place a genuine Christmas or New Year order in person at the Motherwell or Bellshill shop during the entry period, for collection on an eligible festive collection date. Entry is automatic from the normal paper order record; no separate entry slip is needed. Orders are sold at normal prices. The standard £10 non-refundable deposit is part-payment towards the order and is deducted from the final balance; it is not an additional prize-draw entry fee. No additional charge is made for entering.
5. Qualifying orders
Eligible collection dates are 21–24 December 2026 for Christmas orders and 29–31 December 2026 for New Year orders. The order must be placed in person during the entry period and recorded with sufficient customer contact details to administer the draw. Online orders are excluded and are covered by a separate promotion. Orders placed after the entry period do not qualify.
6. Prize
There is one prize and one winner across both shops. The prize is Cooper’s store credit equal to the combined final value of the winner’s qualifying festive orders that are fulfilled and paid for, up to a maximum of £100. For example, a qualifying final spend of £65 produces £65 credit; a qualifying final spend of £130 produces £100 credit. The credit is not a refund, cannot be applied against the festive order(s), and has no cash alternative. The credit is non-transferable.
7. When and where credit can be used
The credit will be issued after the winning customer’s qualifying festive order(s) have been fulfilled and paid for, no later than 31 January 2027. It can be used at either Cooper Craft Butchers shop in Motherwell or Bellshill from issue until 31 March 2027 inclusive. Any unused balance expires after that date. The promoter will provide the winner with instructions for redeeming the credit.
8. Amendments, cancellations and non-collection
Customers may amend orders under the shops’ normal order terms. The prize amount is based only on the final value actually fulfilled and paid for, including any qualifying order deposit credited against that value. If all of the provisional winner’s qualifying orders are cancelled, uncollected or unfulfilled, the prize will pass to an eligible reserve winner. Normal order deposit and cancellation conditions continue to apply independently of this promotion.
9. Draw and verification
A single provisional winner and reserve winners will be selected at random from eligible customers across both shops no later than Saturday 21 November 2026. Multiple qualifying orders by the same customer count as one entry. The draw will use a verifiably random computerised process, and records of the eligible-entry list, deduplication and selection will be retained. The provisional winner remains subject to verification of eligibility and fulfilment of their qualifying order(s).
10. Contacting the winner
The provisional winner will be contacted privately using the details on their order record. The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact them. If the selected customer is ineligible or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, a reserve winner may be contacted. Final credit value is confirmed after the festive order(s) are fulfilled and paid for.
11. Winner information and publicity
To demonstrate that a valid prize was awarded, the promoter will make available, on request, information ordinarily comprising the winner’s surname and county, subject to the winner’s right to object or request reduced disclosure. Requests or objections can be sent to the correspondence address in clause 1. Information may still be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority if required. The winner’s full name, photograph or testimonial will not be used in promotional publicity without their separate consent.
12. Personal information
Information from the customer’s existing order record will be used only as needed to administer the promotion, check eligibility, conduct the draw, contact the selected customer and issue the prize. Entering the draw does not amount to consent to unrelated marketing. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and the participating businesses’ privacy information.
13. General
The promoter may verify entries and exclude fraudulent or duplicate entries. The promoter will administer the draw fairly and will not materially change these terms after launch except where legally necessary and permissible. These terms will be available at both participating shops and on the Cooper Craft Butchers website throughout the promotion. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
