Onion Sliced Sausage

Description

Our onion slice is made in our shop every day and is made using the same tasty recipe as our lorne sausage but with added onion and seasoning to give a rich onion flavour to this delicious alternative to the original lorne sausage.

Beef (60%), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Spice Extract, Spice Extracts (Coriander, Ginger, Cayenne), Sodium Metabisulphite E223, Flavour Enhancer E621, Dextrose, Andioxidant E301, Nicotanamide, Colour: Carmines

Cooking suggestions

As appliances may vary, the following timings are guidelines only, ensure product is cooked throughly and piping hot prior to consumming.

Grill: From Chilled
Place product under a moderate preheated grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow fry: From Chilled
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing.  Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
