Beef 85%, Water, Salt, Rusk [Prepared from: Wheat Flour ((Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agent (E503), Salt]), Seasoning (Salt, Rusk (fortified wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron niacin, thiamine)) salt, raising agent E503(ii)), Fortified Wheat Flour ( contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), Dextrose, Emulsifier E451(i), Preservative E221 (Sulpher Dioxide), Flavour Enhancer E621, Antioxidant E301, Colour E120, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract), Spices & Seasoning.

Cooking suggestions

As appliances may vary, the following timings are guidelines only, ensure product is cooked thoroughly and piping ht prior to consuming.

Grill: From Chilled
Place product under a moderate preheated grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow fry: From Chilled
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.

Cooking Precautions
If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
Ensure that all meat products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking, for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted cook and consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
