A traditional Scottish favourite, delicious in a roll!

As appliances may vary, the following timings are guidelines only, ensure product is cooked throughly and piping ht prior to consumming.
Grill: From Chilled
Place product under a moderate preheated grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Shallow fry: From Chilled
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.
Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
