If you are looking for something different to add to your breakfast, lunch or dinner plate, then these pork and syboe sausages are just the ticket! We use quality pork meant blended spring onions and some seasoning to make



Our pork & Syboe (spring onion) lorne are made in our shop every day to our own special recipe to ensure you receive the best, fresh product.

A traditional Scottish favourite, delicious in a roll!


Pork (60%), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Leek, Sping Onion, Flavour Enhancer E621, Dextrose, Andioxidant E301, Nicotanamide, Colour: Carmines, Gluten, tomato.

Cooking suggestions

As appliances may vary, the following timings are guidelines only, ensure product is cooked throughly and piping hot prior to consumming.

Grill: From Chilled

Place product under a moderate preheated grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow fry: From Chilled

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure product is fully cooked before serving.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.

Suitable for home freezing.  Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
