Quick Homemade Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 red chilli (optional)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper

Method
