For the biggest Christmas gatherings, our Ultimate Christmas Feast brings together three impressive centrepieces and plenty of Cooper’s festive favourites.
At the heart of the feast is a 3.2kg bacon-wrapped turkey, joined by a 2kg Scotch Beef Rib Roast and 2kg unsmoked gammon. Add traditional chipolatas, handmade pigs in blankets, three different stuffings, smoked streaky bacon, turkey and beef gravy, plus a Honey & Mustard Gammon Glaze, and you’ve got the makings of a proper Christmas spread.
Generously put together to serve approximately 12–14 people, there’s plenty for the Christmas table. And if a few unexpected guests appear, the variety means your feast can stretch a little further when served alongside all the usual Christmas sides.

Serving sizes are a guide and will depend on appetite and the other dishes you’re serving. With three centrepieces and plenty of festive favourites, there’s also flexibility to stretch things a little further if a few unexpected guests arrive.

Storage & Defrosting

Cooking
As the Ultimate Christmas Feast contains several different products and three main centrepieces, cooking methods and times will vary. Follow the cooking guidance supplied with each product.
Turkey: Cook thoroughly before serving. Check the thickest part using a clean food thermometer and ensure it reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C.
Scotch Beef Rib Roast: Cook to your preferred level of doneness, ensuring the outside surfaces of the joint are thoroughly cooked.
Gammon: Follow the cooking guidance supplied with the joint and finish with the Honey & Mustard Gammon Glaze if desired.
