Take some of the stress out of Christmas food shopping with our Traditional Christmas Box, generously packed with everything you need for a classic festive feast.

Designed to serve approximately 6–8 people, this larger Christmas box combines a 2.5kg bacon-wrapped turkey with a generous gammon joint, traditional chipolatas, handmade pigs in blankets, two stuffings, smoked streaky bacon and plenty of turkey gravy.

Prepared by our butchers and brought together in one convenient box, there’s plenty for the Christmas table – with a little extra for those all-important Boxing Day leftovers.

Storage & Defrosting

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C and consume each product by the use-by date shown on its individual label.

Products suitable for home freezing can be frozen on or before their use-by date.

Defrost frozen products thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking. Follow the storage, freezing and defrosting instructions provided on each individual product label.

Cooking

As your Traditional Christmas Box contains several different products, cooking methods and times will vary. Please follow the cooking guidance provided with each product.

For the turkey, ensure it is thoroughly cooked before serving. Check the thickest part of the meat using a clean food thermometer and ensure it has reached a minimum core temperature of 75°C.
