Hot & Spicy Burgers

Description

A delicious level of spice in our fantastic beef Burgers. We have made these treats for over 30 years to the same recipe we love!

A wee kick from these burgers gives them a twist on the original beef burger, a tasty alternative.

If you like the heat why not serve them alongside a portion of our red-hot potatoes?

Each Burger is min 120g

Ingredients

Beef 93% Water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Rusk [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503(ii)], Salt, Soya Protein, Dried Onion, Spices (Black Pepper, Ginger, White Pepper), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E221 (contains Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites)), Spices & Seasoning..For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Cooking Suggestions  All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Oven from chilled: 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 20-25 mins.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating.

Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill: Place under a pre-heated grill for 12-14 minutes. Turn occasionally. Leave to stand for 5 minutes after cooking.

Always Cook product to min 82 degrees, ensure piping hot.

Cooking Precautions
If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
Ensure that all meat products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
