Cooking Suggestions
Individual appliances may vary please ensure cooked to min 82 degrees before consuming.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Chilled: 18-20 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.
Grill: 10-12 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill. Turn occasionally
Microwave: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Barbeque: Cook as per cooking suggestions above, then place on the barbeque for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
Ensure that all meat products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot.
