Description

Our Chicken Burgers are made with 100% chicken breast, using just a few simple ingredients & nothing more.

Our Chinese chicken burger is coated with a tasty Chinese glaze to give it that bit of sizzle. Delicious in a bun with a side of potato wedges or on its own with salad and coleslaw.

Ingredients

Chicken (95%), Water, Rusk (Prepared From: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, E503), Onion Powder, Salt, Wheat Starch, Pea Protein, Spices (Black Pepper, Ginger, White Pepper), Sugar, Dried Onion, Dextrose, Preservative (E221 Contains Sulphites), Yeast Extract, Sunflower Oil, Antioxidant (E301), Flavourings, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Starch, Colours (Beetroot Red, Carmine, Plain Caramel, Paprika Extract and Natural Rosemary Flavouring), Spices (Star Anise, Cinnamon, Ginger), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Rapeseed Oil, Natural Flavouring, Natural Garlic Flavouring.

Cooking Suggestions

Individual appliances may vary please ensure cooked to min 82 degrees before consuming.

Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 Chilled: 18-20 mins. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn occasionally.
Grill: 10-12 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium-high grill. Turn occasionally
Microwave: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Barbeque: Cook as per cooking  suggestions above, then place on the barbeque for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
Ensure that all meat products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking, for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted cook and consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.
