Fresh Meats are at the heart of Cooper Butchers. Established in 1982, we've been preparing premium Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb, Pork and Poultry alongside our award-winning sausages, traditional puddings, handmade burgers and many other freshly prepared favourites. Every product is expertly prepared by our skilled butchers using traditional craftsmanship, carefully selected ingredients and generations of butchery knowledge. We work closely with trusted Scottish livestock markets and local suppliers wherever possible, carefully selecting quality produce before preparing it in-house at our Motherwell production facility. Our freshly prepared products are then supplied daily to our Bellshill and Motherwell shops, as well as being available through our online store, giving customers across Scotland access to the same great products and friendly service.
