Chump chops are taken from the rump of the lamb at the point where the top of the leg meets the loin. These boneless chops are plump and generally lean and are fantastic grilled or done on the barbecue. They are equally tasty when baked slowly in the oven.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
