Whole chickens are perfect for family dinner and can be cooked quite quickly compared to some roasts. All you need to do is baste the chicken and coat in your favourite herbs, spices or flavours and pop in the oven. Whilst its cooking take it out a couple of times to baste to ensure that all of the flavours and juices keep the chicken moist while cooking.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
