Description
Traditional Beef Stuffing
Simple, savoury and full of flavour, our Plain Beef Stuffing is a traditional favourite for the Christmas table.
Prepared by our butchers using beef and a lightly seasoned stuffing mix, it’s a great alternative to pork stuffing and works particularly well alongside a roast beef centrepiece.
Simply shape it into stuffing balls or cook it as one larger portion for everyone to share.
Serve alongside roast beef or turkey, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty of gravy.
Each pack is prepared and portioned by hand and will always meet or exceed the 454g minimum weight.
Product Information
Product: Plain Beef Stuffing
Weight: 454g minimum
Preparation: Prepared by our butchers
Supplied: Fresh and raw, ready to cook
Ideal For: Christmas dinner, roast beef, turkey and festive roast dinners
Ingredients & Allergens
For this section, I need the exact recipe/seasoning specification for your plain beef stuffing.
I don’t want to copy the Beef, Sage & Onion ingredients because that recipe contains the separate sage & onion seasoning and additional rusk. Your Plain Beef Stuffing may have a different beef percentage and allergen declaration.
Once you give me that recipe, I’ll format the ingredient declaration and allergens exactly as we’ve done with the others.
Cooking Suggestion
Shape into evenly sized stuffing balls or place into a suitable ovenproof dish.
Cook until thoroughly cooked through and piping hot in the centre, ensuring the stuffing reaches a core temperature of at least 75°C.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size and shape of the portion, so check the centre before serving rather than relying solely on cooking time.
Serving Suggestion
Serve alongside roast beef, crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables and plenty of rich beef gravy.
It’s also a great addition to the Christmas turkey dinner if you want a richer alternative to traditional pork stuffing.
Any cooked leftovers are excellent with cold cuts or added to a Boxing Day sandwich.
Storage & Freezing
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and consume by the use-by date shown on the label.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on or before the use-by date and defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking.
Once defrosted, cook within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
Food Safety
This product contains raw beef and must be thoroughly cooked before eating.
Keep raw product separate from cooked and ready-to-eat foods. Wash hands, utensils and surfaces thoroughly after handling.
Ensure the stuffing reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C before serving.
