Our wee scotch pies are made fresh on the premises using the finest quality of meat to our own recipe, for over 37 years so you know you are guaranteed quality! Perfect for that lunch time snack or as a party food! Good honest food that is quick to prepare & heart-warmingly tasty!

One packet contains 4 mini pies.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Beef Min 34%, Rusk [Prepared From: Wheat Flour ((Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agent (E503), Salt], Salt, Dextrose , Spices (White Pepper, Ginger, Coriander, Pimento, Clove, Red Chilli Pepper), Rice Flour, Rusk [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503)], Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavourings, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour With Added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Wheat Gluten), Water, Rice Flour, Shortening (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil),Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour With Added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin And Thiamin, Wheat Gluten), Water, Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water), Shortening (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Soya Flour, Salt.

Cooking Suggestions, all appliances vary, these are guidelines only.

Ensure cooked to min 82 degrees
Remove outer packaging but leave pie in foil container & place on a baking tray and vover top of pie with tinfoil.

For best results heat from chilled.
Oven cook: from chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 25-30 mins.
Oven cook: from frozen: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 45-50 mins.

Cooking Precautions

Ensure that products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot, must be cooked to min 82 degrees.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking, for a minimum of 12 hours in the refrigerator. Once defrosted cook and consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above.
