A fantastic sauce to pour over any meat or vegetables, its mix of garlic, onion and aniseed flavours makes this a very flavoursome gravy. A must try to have with a Chinese roast pork joint! Or use to cook ribs in to keep them covered to ensure the meat just slides off the bones!
