A whole black pudding is perfect for family events or for stocking up the freezer.
Ingredients
Water (41%), Beef Fat (21%), Pork (1%), Oatmeal (20%), Blood (8%), Rusk ((Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agent (E503), Salt], Onion, Seasoning, [Wheat, Mustard], Spices & Seasoning, Chicken Bouillon (Potato Startch, Salt, Maltodextrin, Chicken Fat (8%), Flavouring, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast Exteract, Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Sage, Carrot Powder, Chicken Powder (0.5%), Rosemary, Black Pepper, Antioxidant, Rosemary Extract, Colour Curcummin).
Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
