This boneless rolled turkey breast roast covered in bacon has a minimum weight of 1.5kg.

As an approximate guide, these are the serving estimates, please remember to go up a size or two (dependent on appetite) if you wish to have leftovers.

• Small (1.5kg) will serve 3-4 guests
• Medium (2.5kg) will serve 5-7 guests
• Large (3.2kg) will serve 8-10 guests

Cooking Precautions
If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
Ensure that all meat products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot.

Always wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.

Keep refrigerated and consume by “use by” date on packaging.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
