Description
A traditional roasting joint that is taken from the hind of the animal, it is leaner than most joints and is best cooked quick and rare. A fantastic choice for a family roast dinner if you prefer not to spend all day cooking.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months.
Cooking suggestion
Remove all packaging and allow to sit for 10/15 minutes to bring up to room temperature. Season well and sear all sides in a medium hot frying pan. Place in a roasting tin, cover with tin foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180oC. Cook for 20 minutes per lb for Medium.
