Ingredients: Turkey (100%), Salt (50-60%), Sugar (30-40%), Smoke Flavouring (2-5%), Acidity Regulator (E500) (<2%), Preservatives (E250, E252) (<2%), Anti-Caking Agent (E341) (<2%), Antioxidant (E301) (<2%), Sunflower Oil (<2%).

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 24 hours.
