Made with Lamb offal and beef fat mixed with oats and spices. Our haggis is made to a unique tasty recipe and is a fantastically flexible product that can be devoured at all times of day and throughout the year. Great served with neeps and tatties or rolled into truffles with a tasty whisky sauce!

Storage
Keep refrigerated, Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 6 months. Defrost thoroughly and consume within 24 hours.
Cooking Guidelines
- Cooking Instructions (General): Your haggis requires heating until piping hot. Defrost first if frozen. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
- Microwave (From Chilled): (800W category E). Cut into pieces and place in a microwave dish. Cover and heat on ‘medium’ for 9 minutes, stirring once during cooking and once before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times accordingly.
- Oven cook (From Chilled): Remove printed packaging. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180°C (gas mark 4) for 75 minutes. Remove casing before serving.
